How far in advance do I need to order?
We require a 24 hour minimum lead time on all orders, but we recommend placing a few days in advance to ensure your order is prioritized.Â
Do you have vegan/vegetarian boards?
Yes. We offer boards for nearly all dietary restrictions, including nut allergies, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, kosher, etc. If you have questions regarding certain items being included in your board, please contact us via email, or place a note in the Dietary Restriction section of the order form.Â
Can I keep a board in the fridge overnight? What is the lifespan of a cheeseboard?
We recommend enjoying the board immediately after receiving it. Cheese is intended to be eaten at room temperature, however leaving the box out for more than 3-4 hours can lead to spoiling. Additionally, we discourage against placing it in the fridge overnight as that will prevent freshness and ruin presentation.
How far in advance do I need to book an event with you?
Our grazing tables are extremely popular and are booking now for 6 months in advance. To ensure Sophisticated Spreads can be a part of your special day, we recommend emailing us at matthew@sophisticatedspreads.net as soon as possible with information regarding the venue, time of event, size of event, and any other relevant details.
Where do you source most of your supplies?
We pride ourselves on partnering with companies that promote sustainability, such as Nichols Farms pistachios that use drought-resistant farming techniques, as well as small artisan farmsteads like Fiscalini Farms.Â
Where is your delivery radius / Do you ship boards?
We currently only deliver throughout Los Angeles and Orange County!
How do I redeem a gift card?
Send us an email with a photo of your gift certificate and we can coordinate details for the delivery!
